Deputy Sheriff Assaults Photographer And Tries To Steal His Camera
 What Happened To The Constitution?

APRIL 6, 2014-  In an altercation with a deputy sheriff, a citizen journalist was assaulted and threatened with arrest for nothing more than using his camera to document the interaction across the street.

At one point the deputy states he wants to seize the camera and actually tries to take it from the photographer, who refused to comply.

The photographer stands his ground and refuses to let the theft of property happen and is threatened with arrest for not identifying himself.
In the begining of the video a different officer spoke to him and he already freely gave his information even though he had no legal obligation to do so.

If you are outraged by this officers action, feel free to voice your concerns by calling- Sheriff Copeland at 806-669-8022
