Southern California Edison held it's Community Engagement Panel

meeting on march 22, 2014 at The Hills Hotel in Laguna Hills.

These panel meetings are meant to advise the co-owners and the public on decommissioning the San Onofre power plant.

There seamed to be more excitement outside the hotel than inside for some journalists and reporter, and they had set up to take some interviews.

Enter on scene a man claiming to own the property, as he demanded equipment and reporters to go inside the meeting hall and not congregate in the parking lot and sidewalks.

Talk heated up to the point where this man claimed not only that he has no love of the U.S. Constitution, but at one point tells a journalist to "take his Fourth Amendment and shove it".
