Father Gets Into An In Home Shootout With Armed Suspect-UPDATED!

And Armed Himself

It was early Tuesday when Chris Bane heard the sound of glass breaking around 5:40 am.  As a possible earlier victim of burglary, this time in fear for his 11 year old son, he armed himself and proceeded into the hallway of his home.  Also in the hallway was Calvin Yoder, and as you might suspect Yoder took a shot at the homeowner who returned fire.


Calvin Yoder (DECEASED) had several previous problems with the law, and reportedly has spent months incarcerated.  Would that not have made it illegal for him to have a gun?  Anyone who thinks criminals follow laws, like Moms Demand Action, should shift their focus from creating more gun free killing zones, to getting currant laws enforced, not to mention asking why this criminal was not still behind bars.  But then again, he would still be alive if he was.
